Producer: Fernanda Bretas

Fernanda was born and raised in Belo Horizonte, Brazil. While spending a summer in California to learn English, she observed a film project in process and found her calling. She returned to the U.S. to study film couple of years latter by herself, and proceeds with her studies today at California State University at Northridge. Fernanda's experience includes assisting the director of a production company that makes the Quilksilver surf movies in San Diego, named MetalStorm Entertainment, Inc., and providing editing and production assistance for Tridestined Studios in Los Angeles. She also attended New York Film Academy for a one month Filmmaking course where she worked in several different on set spot in a total of 16 shorts with 16mm cameras. At CSUN, she has produced student films and assisted in the production of the 35mm ARRI grant project Braceros. In the future, Fernanda hopes to continue exploring opportunities and experience in film production.
